Complaints and Appeals
This information contains our way to handling the Complaints and Appeals related to our Certification Activities for which it is our responsibility and we should address it
To maintain independency, We ensure that there is no conflict of interest
The decision resolving the complaint or appeal shall be made by or reviewed and approved by our person(s) not involved in the certification activities related to the complaint or appeal.
We will give formal notice of the outcome and the end of the complaint or appeal process to the complainant or appellant, and we will take any subsequent action needed to resolve the complaint or appeal
